Destination wedding at Riu Palace Resort in Costa Mujeres, Mexico

I knew Sarah from highschool and I met Andrew at their friends wedding in Mexico two year’s prior! Like many couples planning a wedding during covid they had many ups and downs during the planning process. We weren’t even sure if there was even going to be a wedding abroad for them. Thankfully everything worked out and we were all able to spend a week in the sun at the Riu Palace Resort in Costa Mujeres, Mexico!

On their wedding day we had a bit of a breeze which was really nice for photos (and the temperature). Sarah and Andrew had their ceremony on the beach with 15 of their closets family and friends. After the ceremony we took some beautiful shots on the beach and then walked over to the other resort (only a 10-15min walk) and took some nice sunset shots in this desert-like landscape! It was so beautiful!
