Rainbow Mountain Elopement
This wedding was probably the best one to end the year!!
These two had such a beautiful ceremony on top of Rainbow Mountain in Whistler! They started their day getting ready in separate hotel rooms in Whistler. Once hair and make-up was finished the videographer and I made our way to Blackcomb Helicopters! From there, we took the Helicopter up with the groom to the glacier! Their family and friends followed us up in a separate Helicopter. When we got to the top we were blown away by the vast views of the mountains! It was also surprising warm up there since the sun was beaming on us that day. About 15min later the bride flew in and started the ceremony.
The ceremony was so sweet and many happy tears from the couple and family.
After the ceremony the couple and guests had some champagne and then we shot some family photos and couple portraits! The bride also got a beautiful cloak made for her mountain top wedding which helped keep her warm.
Once we got down from the mountain we made our way to the second photo location nearby and shot a few more photos there before the sun went down!
So happy to have the opportunity to capture this epic elopement!! Hope this isn’t the last time I get to ride in a helicopter!!
